Joelle is a Certified Diversity Professional passionate about education, inclusion and helping every human find connection and belonging. As an expert in Early Childhood Education, Joelle’s spent most of her career focused on educating and supporting children, parents, clients and company leaders. Joelle is a proud lesbian who lives in Phoenix, AZ with her amazing wife.

Co-founder
Decker is a two-time TEDx speaker, an LGBTQ advocate, a fraternal twin, and an out, queer man who’s passionate about using his personal story and lived experience to raise awareness, inspire compassion and spark positive social change in the conversation around diversity, inclusion and gender. Decker lives in Phoenix, AZ with his super rad husband.
